If no special calculation is made for the vibrator to make sure good quality, the temperature of the vibrator was recoomand to be checked several times during the first hour of operation. The outward temperature of the electric vibrator must be controlled below 800C. If the Temperature has supassed 800C due to overload, weither the setting for Centrifugal Force will d be brought down or a much powerful vibrator has to be insyead of the weak ones.  To avoid overload, a thermal circuit breaker is necessary to ensuring be mounted, which can be provided at extra cost. Since the temperature sensing elements for the qualified  electric vibrators are going to be embedded in the winding itself, the order for the overload protection coluld work as long time as the vibrator.

Securing the H&Z high-grade electric vibrators:
The interantional high-grade electric vibrators should be fixed to a well-faced and steady plate with high tensile bolts of adequate size and secured tightly by means of nuts and lock washers. These nuts ,according to the manual instructions, it should be tightened for the first time after about four working hours of the electric vibrator. Further checks to ensure the electric vibrator in good condition are to be made every week. A complete fastner kit can be supplied with the electric vibrator at an extra cost,if that is your choice.
